A UK provisional driving licence gives you legal permission to start learning to drive a car or ride a moped. It is required before you can book and take your theory test or practical driving test. With this licence, you can have lessons with a qualified instructor or practise with someone over 21 who has held a full driving licence for at least three years, as long as you display L plates.<\/p>\n
